I never had him as a coach but knew as a coach, never had him as a social studies teacher. He was also another no BS kind of guy that I respected. He had no problem calling me when deserved. I actually knew him better after I got out of the Marine Corps (he was also a Marine) over coffee at the Knotty Pine Restaurant in Auburndale. (Roger Watson)
