Science teacher but he was the head football coach in my sophomore year. He saw enough in me to allow me the privilege to play varsity. We were 0-9 if I remember correctly hence Mr. Ronayne taking over in my Junior year. Bob also lived about a block from me and “scouted” us playing tackle football or tag football in the neighborhood.
